I came across two old bottles. No dates on either. Does anyone have information about them? Thought I would take them to the Streator Historical Society here in town. The first is a pop bottle. Still has liquid in it with a bottle cap on it reading Black Cherry Soda. The bottle reads: HARCHARIK BOTTLING WORKS CONTAINS 7 FLUID OZ. STREATOR, ILLINOIS This bottle may have been made right here in Streator. It has a circle with an I in the middle, making me think it is an Owens glass product. The second smaller bottle reads W.B. Hattenhouer DRUGGIST Streator, Ill. Its just nice to see a little of the past ;-)) Attachments:

When traveling west on Broadway St over the old viaduct on the west side to the right there is/was a brick building. That is where Harcharik Bottling last was. I have an empty bottle like the one pictured and it was made at Owens.
